Strzok claims anti-Trump texts protected by First Amendment, administration violated his rights
Former FBI agent and once the head of the FBI's counter intelligence Peter Strzok, is suing the government in a bid for reinstatement of his job. "He says that his politically charged anti-Trump messages were protected by the First Amendment -- even though he sent them on bureau-issued phones while playing leading roles in the probes into both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump."Anti-Trumpers think they can say whatever they please but Strozk used a government instrument and server to do it and on government paid time. He still insists that he displayed exemplary performance over his FBI career. But who ever heard of an employee stating his hateful and treasonous opinions against his boss and still retain his job? Strzok helped launch the bogus counterintelligence investigation into links between the Trump campaign and the Russians.
