Virginia governor declares 'state of emergency' as militias prepare to march on Richmond

He wants to confiscate guns and gear and 2nd amendment advocates will be marching on Richmond on January 20. The governor is erecting barricades calling all those "racists intent on killing" while those marching are opposed to government overreach.
