"One person was flown to a hospital Tuesday evening after being struck and injured by a vehicle in Lake Worth Beach, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue reports.
The crash happened at about 5 p.m. near the intersection of Sixth Avenue South and South C Street.
The first crews to arrive on scene found the injured pedestrian lying
in the roadway, said Capt. Albert Borroto, spokesman for Fire Rescue.
The person was flown to the hospital by a Trauma Hawk helicopter. No other details were disclosed." [The Palm Beach Post]
