The Delight of the Night

Invited by Commissioner Amoroso to give the invocation at the city commission meeting, eight year old Sophia Lynne Teutsch from Sacred Heart School had no fears. She was as darling as her lace dress hand sewn by Mary Lindsey. She said a few words and then led the chamber in The Lord's Prayer.

Jessica, I can certainly understand why you are a proud mother. When I was her age, I was scared of my own shadow. Sophia did great last night.

Thank you for having the good sense to send your daughter to school where they still teach values, and contribute outstanding citizens to the community. Thank you too, Sacred Heart.

Lynn, Very nice of you recognize Sophia's grace and charm. She and all her friends of that age inspire such confidence for the future of Lake Worth. Smart, funny, kindhearted, innocent dollbabies, every single one of them.
