It finally passed--
The backyard range measure (SB 130) bans the recreational discharge of a firearm outdoors, including for target shooting or celebratory shooting, in primarily residential areas with a density of one or more dwelling units per acre. A violation would be a first-degree misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Anon 7:58 I got a ticket from PBSO three months ago for a right on red on Licerne and Dixie, so I don't know where you're basing your information off of, I feel enforced upon!
And if you think this is in another country altogether, then you should go to Miami. It's common to hear 'the last one out brings the flag!'
