Terror in Florence, Alabama

Members of a White family were beaten, terrorized and shot with a Taser by a Black mob of 20 or 30.  But you hear nothing about it in the press.  Why not?

Racial slurs were hurled at the white family and one suffered a fractured eye socket and several Taser burns while Brandon, the 14-year-old, suffered unspecified minor injuries. AL.com reported the two were both attacked in the face and have consulted a surgeon to deal with the wounds.

The Florence police chief said that investigators are wondering whether to charge this as a hate crime. No kidding.
