Lake Worth Alumni Breakfast

This morning, the Alumni Association of Lake Worth High School held its semi-annual breakfast.

Dave Cantley, former principal of Lake Worth High School and one of its founders of Dollars for Scholars, spoke about the scholarship awards that will be presented on May 11th at the high school.

53 students will receive a total of $104,000, the most awarded to date. When the fund was established in 1999, the first total awards were for $10,000. The Fund has now given out more than One Million Dollars in scholarships.
