These little $hit heads need to be taken out and publicly whipped! These are poor people who have to decide between food for their family and new tires! Many are living one pay check away from the streets. Even one day of lost wages of these people can spell disaster. This is not funny.
I don't think anyone thinks it's funny 5:13 but it's the society we've created. It's easy to close your eyes to crimes that are happening in Chicago, but when it's your town, and you don't know how to control the monster, what do you do then? That's the question that will remain unanswered for the foreseeable future! Maybe JZ and Beyonce have a solution.
