Another big development project coming before the Palm Beach County commission next month for approval. Don't we have way too much right now?
In its 119-page application for a land use change that would permit
greater housing density, Iota says the project would generate 14,665
daily trips, 13,375 more than would be generated if development took
place at current density limits. The density allowed under current land
use rules allows for one home per 10 acres, which would be 129 houses.
Iota wants one home per 1.25 acres, which would be 1,030 houses.
Read about it...
What do you want to bet that Iota Carol LLC will get the greater density.

And you can bet your two front teeth that the big fat under the table bribes to County Commission and staff have already been put in place to ensure the success of this sprawling nightmare.
Every day I drive down Federal from LW to Delray. Apartments and condos going up all along that corridor. I didn't know we had so many well-paying jobs around here.
