Biden's America--Officials who authorized program 'should be fired'

The U.S. Postal Service has been caught spying on conservatives and gun owners through a special program called the Internet Covert Operations Program.

A report at Foreign Desk News explains that postal inspectors instituted the spy program, and it was revealed to senior Cato Institute fellow Patrick Eddington through a federal Freedom of Information Act process.

So Louis DeJoy, the Postmaster appointed by Trump, started this program while Trump was president and spied on conservatives and gun owners? Holy sheet.

Expect more hearings on this matter in the coming months, especially in light of the Democrat-led push to keep the “insurrection” narrative alive via umpteen overlapping Congressional “investigations” into the Capitol riots going into the 2022 elections.
After looking it up, and since 1971, the Postmaster General has been selected by the Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service, which is comprised of nine members.
This program is now seeing light as it's gone way beyond just threats to their employees and this started after the death of punk, George Floyd.

"On May 6, 2020, the USPS Board of Governors, all selected by Trump and confirmed by the Senate, announced DeJoy's appointment as Postmaster General and CEO..." wikipedia

If I were a Republican, I'd be pretty upset that a Trump appointee had started a program spying on gun owners and my fellow Republicans.

As said, he was NOT a Trump appointee. The USPS Board of Governors appointed him.

Yes, and *they* were all appointed by Trump. LOL

This was initiated and going on while Trump was President. If a Democratic administration was doing this, your head would explode...and you know it.

I correct myself. It was going on during a Democratic administration. They ended it. That must be why you're posting about it.

It was June 2020. The Board of Governors approved DeJoy.
Biden ran with it and it has been in effect 3 times longer under Biden.
