ACLU Sues Trump to Halt Accelerated Deportations
The ACLU has filed a suit in federal court in order to force the president to stop the practice. Expedited deportation is for illegals who are in the country for less than two years and have no valid asylum claim and in some cases have never applied for asylum.Read about it... from the Daily Caller.

Under the expedited removal process, immigrants who have been in the country illegally for less than two years and are apprehended within 100 miles of the border can be deported almost immediately without going through a court hearing.
The exception is asylum seekers, who must be granted a hearing.
