Five Muslim men, admitted enemies of the U.S. because of their aspiration to be ISIS combatants, will be tried in May for conspiring to leave the United States and join the terrorists. Their defense? They are asking
a federal judge to drop murder conspiracy charges on grounds that they
have “combatant immunity” under both common and international law.
The courts have become a joke. Lawyers are pathetic. Obama will probably give it to them. And we will be getting more of them crossing our porous borders or invited in with Obama's refugee program.
