What did Cara and the cabal have to do with Joe Kroll leaving? The only connection I can see there is that Stanton knew how to count to 3. As soon as she lost her count of 3, she lost her job.
Our children are encouraged to be all they can be. Some will even become our Commander and Chief. Lawyers will become Judges, Doctors/Scientist's, Teachers/Astronauts, homeless can even overcome the odds to become a City Manager. It is not a streatch for a Public Services Director to become a City Manager. Mr Kroll is both a gentleman and a professional. I say give him a chance.
I don't want the town I have to live,work and pay taxes in to be a "learning experience" for Joe Kroll!!The Commissioners had better appoint the most experienced person for the job!! Hey ,Joe-how's the french toast at Benny's?

We also can see the Show every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at City Hall.

I think the Cara comment is meant to reflect Maxwell's thinking...that he blames Cara for everything rather than taking responsibility.
That's good and I think it true. He uses cara as an excuse for everything. How long as he been a commissioner? I haven't seen cara in years it seems.
