My Neighborhood Association has a great relationship with PBSO. They are much more responsive than the City's PD ever was. If we can get rid of the illegal aliens and the drug and prostitution motels I think the crime rate would plummet and we could cut down on the amount of police protection we currently need in LW.

In a situation like this one, the killer almost always knows his victims. Rare is it a random act, so I am not feeling especially worried.
