President Donald Trump and New York City mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, after months of trading barbs, will meet at the White House on Friday.
Mamdani said he reached out to discuss New Yorkers’ concerns before he takes office on Jan. 1. (New York Times)
The two clashed throughout the campaign — Trump deriding Mamdani, the city’s first Muslim mayor, as a “communist,” and Mamdani channeling progressive frustration over Trump’s immigration and affordability policies to rally voters.
Flashback: On Election Day, Trump called Jewish New Yorkers who voted for Mamdani “stupid.” [[Jacob Kornbluh]
President Trump is right 99.999% of the time.
Good Night, Patriots!
