I keep saying that Fl. Senator Jeff Clemens, a Democrat, is all over the place. He is now supporting Republican Kimberly Mitchell who is a good friend of WPB Commissioner Shanon Materio who is also a good friend of his, for mayor of West Palm Beach.
And that's not all he's supporting in West Palm Beach--he's also working on behalf of Cory Neering who is challenging Katherine Waldron in District 2, and Leonard “Len” Fintzy, who is taking on District 5 Commissioner Keith James. All seats on the commission are elected city-wide in West Palm Beach.
They all want Mayor Jeri Muoio, a well-known Dem, out.

Who cares I am a Dem. but I vote for the best person, I guess that is why I will be voting for McVoy.
I dunno about that. At last night's candidate forum, McVoy's opponent did exceptionally well. While you could tell he was nervous opposed to McVoy's "always ready to talk" demeanor, Serge Jerome held his own.
He said he did not agree with the lack of team-work exhibited by the district 2 commissioner on important issues to move the city forward. McVoy said he was proud of his many losing 4 to 1 votes standing on his ideas of a very different vision for the city.
I think it is well worth giving Serge a good second look.
This particular blog is about Jeff Clemens and who HE is supporting.
There has NEVER been team work with this commission. It is a "their way or the highway" mentality and grab the cash at any cost. McVoy at least asks questions and asks his constituents how they feel.
