Michael Diaz of Cornell Drive was arrested for threats or extortion, public assistance fraud and three counts of petit theft.
Investigators said Diaz, a landlord, took one of his tenant's Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Food Stamp cards in exchange for weekly rent. Diaz utilized more than $800 worth of other people's public assistance funds, according to investigators according to News channel 5.

There is so much fraud of ETB cards and abuse. So many illegals get them and residence, who work illegally and say they have no money or income, yet get freebees somehow. I am so fed up with the free ride from these ETB abusers and all who get public assistance, they need to stop it all, so many just know how to work the system and abuse it all, it needs to stop. No one wants to work any more they all want an easy life, free food, rent money, and insurance, so many know how to work the system now to abuse the system. Diaz probably even wasn't born in this country, so many immigrants abuse these subsidies. It is a sin!
Illigals do not get EBT cards. To get the card you need a Social Security Number and some other goverment issued ID. Illegals can't those. Now here is the rub "anchor babies" children of illegals born in this country are legit United States Citizens by the virtue of our Constitution. They do get the EBT and free medical care.
Now this Mr. Diaz regadless his immigration status, needs to go to jail without passig GO. My thoughts.

Well this ignorant scumbag got off of the charges but continues his reign of bilking everyone he can. He operates a Sleezebag motel, Breezeway. Inn, 2001 N Dixie Hwy, Lake Worth. Fl. He overbooks rooms and steals your money. He does this many times, not once as a mistake. Very inyentional. He just got caught stealing cable services for his motel. He never pays his bills since his nose meds come first.
They should arrest him again. He took rent from all 13 units,and then told everyone he had sold the place,out of the 13..7 are either disabled or elderly. With all the checks in hand he and his wife proceeded to have one heck of a party. Now he has opened another construction company in martin county's and now I feel sorry for the people who hired him..news story under mike Diaz electricity
