That's a good one when he totally polluted the entire Osborne area with his dumping and will not remove it.
Where is the proof that the company totally polluted the Osborne area. I have been hearing this statement over and over again. That facility has been gone over with a fine tooth comb motivated by the insistance of a former commissioner. As I recall I am pretty sure no violations were found. Where is the E.P.A. in this? I am sure that they would have something to say about any problems at the facility. And what about the county? I am also pretty sure that they renewed the license for another year.And not to mention the Post who had the opputunity to trash (pun intended) the company with any dirt (could not resist again) but chose not to. There is never a mention of the good that they do in the neighborhoods such as monies donated to the communties. I am not an employee or a principle in the company just a citizen who has listened to both sides of the story over past two or so years.
Well, then, do your own research. There is plenty out there.

There never was a proper investigation. The people in the Osborne area just don't matter enough to do one.The few voices that did speak up have been very silent. Maybe if that part of lake Worth had some community involvement,,,,
