If any of you have been to Commission meetings over the last few months, you have probably noticed this gentleman from time to time sitting in the back row. He has been spotted at City Hall for quite some time. The question is, what is he doing hanging around?
1. I sincerely hope that he is going to "right the wrong" on our landfill that Sun Recycling screwed up. Sun has been successful in law suits. But he messed with Lake Worth this time. If you recall, Sun dumped over 6,000 truckloads of construction material on our landfill, some of which is 3.6 or 3.8 inches thick, hauling in material from south Florida construction sites. Our reclamation of the land was again, dead.

County garbage deal is questioned
2. I featured our new recycling truck last week in its new colors. Coincidentally, it is painted in the exact SAME color blue as Sun Recycling's. Is Mr. Medico here to try and get any of our garbage business back?
Do you think that it will be all a last minute surprise why he has been hanging around City Hall and we find out that a deal was made out of the sunshine?

They just allowed the city mgr to control contracts. Why not come to city hall and protest?

Retha Lowe-part of the WORST commissions ever- is responsible for this man screwing our town. The Palm Beach Health dept.was useless.Initially they refused to test any material,and then when they were forced to, everything tested,surprise,JUST FINE!!! Joe Kroll (he of the creative financing concerning the cost of Bryant Park)said soil testing was being done by Lake Worth on a regular basis. I guess "regular" can be a relative term.Again shame on that F.B.B. Retha Lowe. You are a disgrace! Where is Bart Cunningham in all of this? Bart,the silence is deafening.A warning to any Lake Worth staff who try to get this man involved in Lake Worth again-you WILL be sent packing.
Hasn't Sun done enough damage here? Kick them out. Sure hope stanton knows the history of Sun.
