Mamdani the Globalist

Mamdani urges America to join ICC and enforce Netanyahu warrant on Theo Von podcast

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani called for the US to join the ICC and arrest Benjamin Netanyahu, branding him the architect of a horrific genocide on Theo Von’s podcast.

The New York Post reported that the mayor made the remarks in an interview that aired Thursday on the comedian’s “This Past Weekend” show. Mamdani told host Theo Von the federal government should sign on to the International Criminal Court and carry out its orders against every target.

He put it this way:
"I believe that the US government should join the ICC. It should enforce its warrants for everyone,"
When the conversation turned to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Mamdani went further.
"When you ask about the prime minister, we’re talking about the architect of a horrific genocide." He added that if the choice were his, Washington would already have joined the court and honored every warrant it has issued. Von answered, “F, k yeah.”
The International Criminal Court claims 124 member states and says it can prosecute crimes by nationals of those states or crimes committed on their territory. The United States and Israel are not members and do not recognize its jurisdiction. In 2024 the court issued an arrest warrant against Netanyahu for alleged war crimes in Gaza.

2030 Census

The current census model apportions congressional districts to states based on total population rather than total citizens

But the administration published a regulation in the Federal Register last month, now open for public comment, that would no longer count illegal aliens or legal residents with a status lower than a green card. The new rule would also eliminate questions on the form about race and sexual preference.

The study shows that under the existing model of counting illegal immigrants, the 2030 census would result in California, Texas, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Florida gaining congressional seats and electoral votes.

Meanwhile, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin, with a lower illegal immigrant population, would lose a seat in Congress. That would be reversed under the Trump plan, Camarota said.

There are about 24 million noncitizens in the country, of whom 13 million are illegal aliens and 3.6 million are temporary workers or another legal status that falls short of being a legal permanent resident. So the new rule could mean counting about 16 million fewer people, Camarota said, director of research at the Center for Immigration Studies.

A 2024 study projected immigration trends under the Biden administration for the 2030 census, said Steven Camarota. Those projections would be altered by President Donald Trump’s existing crackdown on illegal immigration and could be reversed entirely under the census proposal.

“This census proposal could flip the dynamic,” Camarota told the Daily Signal. “Midwestern states would not lose as much, nor would Texas or California, which have large immigrant populations, both legal and illegal, gain as much.”

The Biden administration’s Census Bureau revealed in May 2022 that it undercounted the Republican-leaning states of Arkansas by 5%, Florida by 3.4%, Mississippi by 4.11%, Tennessee by 4.78%, and Texas by 1.92%. The Census Bureau undercounted one Democrat-leaning state, Illinois, by 1.97%.

Evening Sky 10-5-26

Upon his return to the Oval Office in January 2025, one of the first things President Donald Trump did was dismantle USAID. Since then, no left-wing candidate has won a presidential election in Central or South America.

Then came Sunday in Brazil. Flávio Bolsonaro won the first round of voting over President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, who put Bolsonaro’s father, Jair, in jail after defeating in October 2022.

They call President Bolsonaro’s successor Lula but he is really Jose Biden, isn’t he? And he seems to be sharing the same fate. The persecution of Bolsonaro has backfired into a political retribution against those who weaponized Government against the people’s will.

You might be able to try to silence a man but you cannot silence a movement. The final vote will be on October 25. We will see if the communists can steal the vote. [Don Surber]

Hunter Fights $1.7 Million Lien

Hunter Biden Fights to Keep $1.7M Payout While Refusing to Pay His Own Lawyers

Hunter Biden is fighting to keep a $1.7 million defamation payout even as his former lawyers say he still owes them millions of dollars in unpaid legal fees.

The former president’s son is asking a federal judge to block the firm’s lien, which could otherwise send the money directly to the attorneys who previously represented him.

Winston Taylor LLP filed a notice of lien against Biden after he won a $1.7 million default judgment against Overstock.com founder Patrick Byrne.

The firm previously represented Biden in the Byrne lawsuit, congressional investigations and his criminal cases.

Once a loser; always a ...

Hunter Biden was convicted of three federal felony gun charges in June 2024 and pleaded guilty to nine federal tax offenses (three felonies and six misdemeanors) in September 2024. President Joe Biden later issued a full and unconditional pardon for him in December 2024.

Trump posts Sen. Tom Cotton’s phone number as daylight saving bill sits stalled

President Trump shared Sen. Tom Cotton’s phone number on Truth Social and told Arkansas voters to lean on him after the senator blocked a bipartisan bill to end twice-yearly clock changes.

Speaking with reporters at the White House on Saturday before boarding Marine One for Ohio, President Donald Trump again pressed Congress to scrap the twice-a-year clock switch and lock in permanent daylight saving time. He said Americans are tired of the ritual and want evening light without the hassle.

The push came with a sharper move online. On Truth Social, Trump called out Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., for stopping the Sunshine Protection Act and posted a phone number tied to Cotton, telling Arkansans to contact him and “GET IT DONE.”

Fox News Digital reported that the number was associated with a Dardanelle, Arkansas area code. The outlet called it and did not reach Cotton. The White House was also contacted for comment.

House already passed the bill by a wide margin. The House approved its version of the measure in July by a 308, 117 vote, with bipartisan backing. The bill then went to a Senate committee and has not moved.

Autonomous Warfare Command

Owen West

Pentagon Launches Autonomous Warfare Command For Drones

Defense Secretary (Secretary of War) Pete Hegseth announced a new four-star Autonomous Warfare Command, nicknamed AutoWarCom, to speed the military’s acquisition of drones and artificial intelligence.

The command is meant to fix the thing everyone agrees is broken: the Pentagon buys autonomy far too slowly to keep pace with the fight.

The next war will be fought partly by machines, and the side that fields them fastest (and cheapest) wins. A dedicated command with its own authorities is Washington’s bet that the problem isn’t money or ideas, but a procurement system that cannot move at the speed of the technology.

The command is new and four-star. Hegseth said AutoWarCom will have “service-like authorities” to buy and field autonomous systems, with a four-star commander still to be named.

It stands up for over a year. An interim effort called Project Agincourt will run for roughly a year, with the formal command targeted for around October 2027.

The run-up has two leaders. Agincourt is led by Defense Innovation Unit director Owen West on strategy and resources, paired with Navy SEAL Senior Chief Max Strasiser on operational problem-solving. Senior Chief Strasiser is specifically responsible for operational problem-solving and integrating drone technology into the practical realities of frontline combat

China can turn out drones by the millions a year while American output is measured in the tens of thousands, and a single Chinese firm, DJI, holds roughly 70 percent of the world commercial drone market. The money fight, as above, is a Republican-on-Republican argument about whether to fund autonomy honestly in the base budget or through reconciliation, and the honest path is the one conservatives should back.

Immigration from Muslim-majority countries down 96%

Donald Trump Used a Pro-Immigration Think Tank’s Own Graph to Show One Shocking Fact About Immigration From Muslim Countries

The Cato Institute spent years pushing for more immigration. Donald Trump just used their own research to prove he shut it down.

And Donald Trump used a pro-immigration think tank’s own graph to show one shocking fact about immigration from Muslim countries. From 22,000 a Month to Nearly Zero.

The White House's official X account dropped a Cato Institute graph showing legal immigration from Muslim-majority countries has fallen 96 percent since Trump took office in January 2025.

At its peak – conveniently timed between July and October 2024, during Biden's final months – immigration from those nations topped 22,000 people per month. By January 2025, it was almost zero. The Left is going to scream "Muslim ban" – they always do.

But here's what actually happened: in June 2018, the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in Trump v. Hawaii that Trump's travel restrictions from Muslim-majority countries were entirely legal. Chief Justice John Roberts concluded the government had provided sufficient national security justification and that the policy passed constitutional scrutiny.

No court has ruled Trump's current immigration restrictions illegal – there have been district court challenges, but the Supreme Court has already told the country how this argument ends.

New Laws--These bills have passed both chambers in identical form. They go next to the President for signing, or, if he doesn’t sign within about 2 weeks of having them presented to him, they become law on their own. So they’re not new law right this minute, but they will be. They all passed the Senate by unanimous consent, so there is no record of individual votes cast.

• H.R. 8205: Accelerating Access to Critical Therapies for ALS Reauthorization Act of 2026
• H.R. 10167: Common Cents Act. In addition to codifying the end of the penny (even though production stopped last year), this bill sets rules for rounding prices or up down to the nearest five cents since the nickel is now the smallest value coin in production.
• H.R. 997: National Taxpayer Advocate Enhancement Act of 2025. This bill would allow the National Taxpayer Advocate to hire counsel as needed.
• H.R. 7730: Bankruptcy Threshold Adjustment Act. This bill will increase the amount of debt a small business or individual wage earner can have and file for bankruptcy.
• H.R. 1190: Expanding Access to Capital for Rural Job Creators Act. This bill requires the Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation within the Securities and Exchange Commission to report on issues encountered by rural-area small businesses.
• H.R. 1945: America’s National Churchill Museum National Historic Landmark Act establishes the landmark in the title.

Connecticut pistol ban unconstitutional

Glock

Connecticut outlawed one of America's most popular self-defense handguns, citing fifty-one illegal conversion switches two local police departments seized.

Democrat Governor Ned Lamont signed that ban into law this past May, with enforcement set for October first.

The Judge's written order reveals exactly why she says Connecticut's gun law cannot survive constitutional scrutiny. Glock and the Gun Industry Sued Over a New Felony Law and won.

On May 28, 2026, Governor Lamont signed Public Act 26-41, Connecticut's ban on what state lawmakers called "convertible pistols." The law targets striker-fired handguns built with a cruciform trigger bar – the design found on nearly every Glock on the market. Hammer-fired pistols with shielded trigger bars were exempted entirely.

Selling, importing, distributing, or even advertising a banned pistol in Connecticut became a Class D felony, punishable by up to five years in prison.

Glock Inc. and the National Shooting Sports Foundation sued in federal court on September 21 and 22, arguing the statute was unconstitutionally vague and violated the Second Amendment. Banning the gun millions of law-abiding Americans already own is a different question entirely, and Judge Dooley said so. The Supreme Court's Bruen ruling put the burden on the government: prove a gun law fits the nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation, or lose.

Connecticut didn't meet that burden, so Judge Dooley found the ban "presumptively unconstitutional."

Watch hero pilot of FlyDubai jet describe unlocking cockpit door with last of strength

Told himself, 'This is the last push, Smit, do it, the door is right there'

The pilot of a FlyDubai jetliner who was attacked and seriously injured by a jihadi type co-pilot who threatened the lives of the 180 people aboard describes how, seriously injured, he was able to unlock the cockpit door, allowing passengers the enter and subdue the attacker.

Two pilots traveling as passengers then landed the plane safely.

Captain Smit Machchhar was not always destined to become a pilot. But on September 30, the Indian Flydubai captain found himself fighting to save the lives of everyone aboard Flight FZ1073 after he was allegedly attacked by his co-pilot.

Abortion Industry's Profit Motive - Murder for Profit

'Barbaric slaughter'

Report shows organ-harvesting company was paid $765 each for livers, glands from unborn killed--Officials insisted billing was for 'procurement services,' not actual 'taxable items'

A corporation that sold individual body parts from unborn babies killed by abortion, for $765 each, insists that its billing reflect that it was charging for "procurement services," not actual taxable "items."

"The fetal organ harvesting business murders innocent babies for profit. These public records were obtained by the Center for Medical Progress.

They show that the work must continue to expose these heinous acts by these abortionists, harvesters, researchers, universities, and companies. The barbaric slaughter of babies for profit must stop," charged Mat Staver, the chief of Liberty Counsel.

His organization long has worked with the CMP, defending one of its original reporters, Sandra Merritt, from a multitude of cases brought by pro-abortion interests after the center revealed, through undercover videos, the abortion industry's profit motive.

Iran shoring up Hezbollah?

Iran Moves To Rebuild Hezbollah

The Iran analysts at the American Enterprise Institute’s Critical Threats Project say a senior Iranian delegation close to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei visited southern Lebanon this week to shore up Hezbollah.

The trip signals that Iran is moving to rebuild its most important proxy at the proxy’s weakest point in years.

Hezbollah has been the crown jewel of Iran’s regional network and the dagger pointed at Israel’s northern border. An attempt to reconstitute it after two devastating wars is the clearest sign Tehran intends to rearm rather than retreat, and it puts a fragile ceasefire at risk.

The delegation went to the south. Critical Threats reported that a senior Iranian delegation of figures close to the Supreme Leader visited southern Lebanon on October 1 to support Hezbollah.

Hardliners led it. The group reportedly included IRGC Brigadier General Hossein Yekta, an officer tied to recruitment and internal security, and the ultra-hardline cleric Alireza Panahian, both longtime associates of Khamenei.

This rests on one analyst source. The account comes from a think-tank intelligence update and a single outlet echoing it, not yet matched by a wire service, so read it as a credible analyst report rather than confirmed fact.

Obamacare Refunds

Trump starts mailing $500 Obamacare refund checks to nearly 1 million Americans

The Trump administration has begun sending $500 refund checks to nearly one million Americans overcharged on Obamacare, returning surplus HealthCare.gov fees the White House says Biden officials stockpiled.

The U.S. Treasury has started issuing the one-time payments, paired with a personal letter from President Donald Trump, to more than 950,000 people in the 30 states that rely on the federal HealthCare.gov exchange.

Fox News Digital reported that the refunds go to Americans who bought coverage on the federal platform and did not receive taxpayer premium subsidies. An administration official said the money comes from surplus user fees charged to fund the exchange’s operations.

Those fees built up under the prior administration. Trump’s letter frames the surplus as money that never should have sat in government hands.
