DeSantis' Super PAC Pollster: Ron Is Cratering In Iowa
According to Never Back Down, the more Iowa voters get to know Ron DeSantis—and the more the Super PAC spends—the lower his poll numbers go."We highly encourage Ron DeSantis to finish his 99 county tour and meet as many Iowa voters as possible. The more counties that Ron visits, the more his poll numbers fall. Millions of dollars have been wasted trying to salvage the campaign of a candidate who is clearly incapable of connecting with voters. DeSantis Super PAC Never Back Down's pollster WPA has found that DeSantis has lost 10 percent support among Iowa Republicans since June.
A June Iowa poll released by WPA showed President Trump leading the Republican field with 39 percent, DeSantis trailing at 29 percent, and Sen. Tim Scott with 7 percent.
WPA's August Iowa poll showed President Trump leading the Republican field with 40 percent support, while DeSantis trails with 19 percent, and Scott is in third with 12 percent.
