Legal scholars on both the Left and the Right agree that the country is approaching banana republic territory with the highly politicized indictments brought forth against Donald Trump.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden is sitting back and pretending he has no control over his Department of Justice, neither in Donald Trump’s cases nor Hunter Biden’s cases.

That strains credulity, but Biden has the Democrat-controlled media to make the argument for him.
