"The United States is working to ensure safe, legal, and orderly migration of Cubans by expanding consular operations in Havana and restarting the Cuban Family Reunification Parole Program (CFRP).
As previously announced, beginning January 4, 2023, the U.S. Embassy in Havana will resume full immigrant visa processing to include immediate relative, family preference, diversity visa, and K fiancé(e) visa categories.

This act of Biden's will not relieve pressure at our southern border.
