Muslims believe in Sharia no matter where they live

Surveys two years ago, commissioned by the Center for Security Policy, confirm that on various questions related to adherence to Shariah law, between 25 and 55 percent of American Muslims said they preferred Shariah over U.S. law.

“So American Muslims are no different, they’re exactly the same as the rest of the Muslims across the world,” said Philip B. Haney, former screening officer for the Department of Homeland Security. who worked for more than a decade at DHS."

Read about it...

So, if you have that percentage of Muslims in the United States believing in Sharia over our Constitution, you can see that we have a big problem and a real potential threat, not only to our Christian beliefs but to our way of life.

You do realize that there are Buddhists, Jews and Hindus, among others, that don't share your Christian beliefs? They're Americans, they pay taxes, and sometimes they even die for this country.

Most Americans don't forget these people.

You shouldn't either.

Is this Bernie?

If you don't like Christians, do you respect our Constitution at all?

11:03 what in the world do your comments have to do with the post?
It's about the false narrative that Islam is a religion of peace and that it's founder, Muhammad was a man of peace.

"If you don't like Christians, do you respect our Constitution at all?"

So if I recognize the existence of freedom of religion and other religions that means I am anti-Christian and don't respect the Constitution.

Whereas, when you don't acknowledge other religions or want to ban them, you call yourself a Constitutionalist and an American.

Lordy, lordy. You Republicans are something else.

Personally, I'm more worried about losing my health care and/or not being able to afford my prescriptions so that the rich people can get a tax break. I stand a lot bigger chance of being affected by by that than I am sharia law.

Oh paleeze.........rich people can get a tax break?
Tell your liberal congressmen to stop obstructing and pass a new healthcare plan.

Republicans control everything. Explain to me, please, how liberals are obstructing.

60 votes are needed for most legislation in the senate such as healthcare and the budget. Democrats are negative about anything Trump and daily we have to listen to the Senate Minority Leader, Chuck Schumer with his obstruction. Republicans hold a 52-48 edge, short of filibuster-proof 60.

Actually, no.

"It really is worth being specific on this: It does not take 60 votes to pass an ordinary bill in the Senate; it takes a majority of the senators voting. If everyone is present, it takes 51 votes, or 50 votes if the vice president votes to break the tie."

It's the Republican's fault. No one elses.

As far as the Democrats being negative about anything. Y'all showed us the way for 8 years. Heck, you wouldn't even appoint a SC justice. We're just following your lead. Thanks.

I wasn't talking about "ordinary" bills. I mentioned specifics.
And, yes, you are right--the Republicans did not want to appoint a supreme court justice under the liberal lame-duck president, Obama.
We got our SJ appointed thanks to the Democrats who changed the rules.
It was the one thing you all did that turned out well for the good guys. :)

So I can see you're not going to get there....

60 votes are needed to end cloture and vote on a bill. It still takes only 51 to pass it.

Please, get informed.

Thanks for being so well informed.
