This city manager sucks! he has so many excuses for why he cannot get anything done in this city. It has never looked worse, there is more and more blight and code issues all over this city. What does he do? Why does he have so many excuses? He treats the average citizen like crap. How many years has he been the CM now? Why can't he do anything to improve this city and stop using so many excuses? He will go down in history as one of the worst CM LW has ever had.
But he believes not honoring our vote on the Heights Charter Amendment is a cure-all.
This guy has no clue as to how to run a City or how to publicize it. Two weeks ago he called Lake Worth "dysfunctional" for a Post article.
Today's paper indicates his inability to address the homeless situation without making excuses for himself and trying to escape responsibility by bringing up China, Iraq, and Iran as if that has any relevance to his job.
We have noticed his inability to fix potholes.
A real CM would have a dedicated crew patrolling 8 hours a day filling up holes in intersections first, proceeding throughout the city in an orderly fashion doing the rest.
Of course, it's an ongoing situation and must be addressed 52 weeks a year.
He can do much better than talking down the City that gives him a sizable salary for his incompetent performance.
well lets spend millions on lights, meters and Park of Commerce and then commplain beacuse streets are not repaired, losing money on the beach and on and on. CM is clueless just wants to be political but everyone sees thru him except the CM himself. What a joke
