And speaking about things that we do NOT maintain, we spent $13 million on our beach redevelopment but we can't maintain a twig. As we can't shuffle off our beach responsibility to any other entity, we left the landscaping up to God. There are more of these trees where this came from.

Why don't we just turn our entire beach over to the CRA. They could get a PLANT GRANT !!!
the city is near broke picking out a few palms that need to be trimmed is really uncalled for.

Raise the parking fee for weekends and holidays and well have more money to maintain the common area.
