Wael Ghonim, the Google executive freed from Egyptian prison today after 12 days in detention, confirmed today that he is also El Shaheeed, the previously anonymous creator of a Facebook page that helped spark Egypt's massive uprising. In his first interview with international press, Ghonim talks to Newsweek/The Daily Beast's Mike Giglio about his role in the protests, his regret that so many have died for the cause, and the "power" of the Egyptian people.
