Former Commissioner Cara Jennings who set the example for bicycling
Depending upon whose demographics you read, Lake Worth is anywhere from 5 square miles to 7, and an ideal city for riding bicycles. Former Commissioner Cara Jennings who set the example for bicycling
There are a number of ways you can reduce your consumption of energy that is generated from fossil fuels--Mark Parrilla installed solar panels on his roof. We all want to help protect the environment as civilization undergoes the transition from non-renewable to renewable energy. Riding a bicycle instead of driving your car is an answer and one that is inexpensive.

I just wish they would have the bike lanes that we have and enforce all these bikes not being on our sidewalks on Lake and Lucerne, especially west of Dixie, you can hardly walk down the street on the sidewalk without a ton of bikes zipping at you from lest and right, it is scary and unsafe for walkers on the sidewalks. If only we can have our police enforce the law that bikes do not ride on sidewalks int he downtown area? We have the signs and laws, but no one enforces the bikes not to be on sidewalks, and the immigrants are often the worst offended, it is a major problem.
