Federal judge in Florida strikes down Obama health care plan
A federal judge in Florida says the Obama administration's health overhaul is unconstitutional, siding with 26 states that had sued to block it.

"In ruling against President Obama‘s health care law, federal Judge Roger Vinson used Mr. Obama‘s own position from the 2008 campaign against him, arguing that there are other ways to tackle health care short of requiring every American to purchase insurance."

Some things about the new health care plan are good, like pre-existing conditions, but, forcing people to buy health care is just supporting the big insurance companies, showing how our political reps. support big business over the people, this is wrong, it is th eland of the free, if people do not want to work or do taxes or buy insurance, they should have that right, this is the USA, we cannot be forced to do things like this, it is not fair.
