The SAVE Act ensures that ONLY US CITIZENS can vote in our elections

" ILLEGALS are voting in elections because there is no national requirement for states to mandate proof of citizenship before they register to vote. Democrats have been using this to their advantage, and enough is enough.

MILLIONS of illegals have been harbored in their sanctuary cities to destroy the America First agenda by voting Blue.

The SAVE Act will put an end to all of this, and the GOP and I have passed this, but Senate Democrats CONTINUE to block our efforts.

It’s no coincidence that the blue states that harbor the most illegals have the most illegals voting in their elections. And without the SAVE Act, Democrats can continue to get away with this insanity.

The age of non-citizens being able to vote in our elections is OVER, and we must send the message that America will not tolerate Illegals voting in our elections."

Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act (H.R. 22) on April 10, 2025, by a narrow vote of 220-208, requiring proof of U.S. citizenship for voter registration, with Democrats crossing the aisle to support it.

The following four Democrats voted to pass the bill through Congress:

Jared Golden, ME, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, WA, Henry Cuellar, TX, Ed Case, HI

It will take seven Democrats in the Senate to pass the bill. Lots of luck to that.
