Democrat judges handed him two losses but Trump's done playing games with mayors protecting criminal illegal aliens over American citizens.
"Starting February 1, we're not making any payments to sanctuary cities or states having sanctuary cities, because they do everything possible to protect criminals at the expense of American citizens and it breeds fraud and crime and all of the other problems that come," Trump declared.
The Department of Justice already published a list of 36 states, cities, and counties considered sanctuary jurisdictions.
