President Trump Calls For Ilhan Omar To Be Jailed Or Deported To Somalia

President Donald Trump ignited a firestorm on Sunday night after suggesting that Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar should be jailed or deported to Somalia.

In a series of Truth Social posts, the President linked the Minnesota congresswoman to a massive state fraud scandal and criticized her recent comments about the United States.

"There is 19 Billion Dollars in Minnesota Somalia Fraud," Trump declared, labeling Omar a "fake 'Congresswoman'" who "hates the USA." He asserted that she should be "sent back to Somalia" to help "MAKE SOMALIA GREAT AGAIN!"

The President's remarks come as the DOJ and FBI intensify their investigation into allegations of wide-ranging fraud within Minnesota's social services programs. The administration has already frozen SNAP funding to the state as part of a "decade-long" fraud probe that officials say involves billions in taxpayer dollars.

The President's attack also centered on Omar’s recent referral to the country as the "U.S. Goddam* States" during an impassioned speech about ICE operations. Elon said it was treasonous.

As a public official, her speech is protected under the First Amendment and political views are not a legal basis for deportation. It's too bad that she hates our country and elected to represent our citizens in Congress. Democrats are most likely cheering her, first amendment and all.
