Trump Vows to Appeal Company’s Tax Fraud Conviction
Former President Donald Trump’s has vowed to appeal the Trump Organization’s tax fraud conviction, denouncing the verdict as a “political witch hunt.”Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office announced the all-count convictions of the Trump Organization “for engaging in a 15-year scheme to defraud, as well as for conspiracy, criminal tax fraud and falsifying business records.”
Bragg went after his tax attorney, Allen Weisselberg, who committed tax fraud on his personal tax returns, etc...gave him a plea deal of 5 months in prison if he testified against Trump...he took the deal.
The Trump Organization reportedly faces fines of up to $1.6 million, with a sentencing hearing set for Jan. 13.
New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a separate $250 million civil suit against him in September. James alleges that Trump committed tax fraud and misrepresented company assets.

If they did the crime they should do the time
I'm not saying that he did I'm not saying that he didn't but if it turns out that they say this property is worth x amount of dollars and then they value it more that's called tax fraud everybody knows that... He being Donald Trump will probably drag it out as long as he can
As you know our very own Property Appraiser under values our property as property has sold much, much higher than their appraised value.
So I don't have to accept their appraisal of my property. Trump, I am sure, uses experts for this. The banks accepted the valuations submitted.
Donald Trump will fight for his legal rights as it has been a Witch Hunt for 7 years against him..
The Twitter files have completely exposed how demonic the Democrats and the far liberal left really are their hate is so great, how sad, it's too bad!
Why doesn't the government just put Trump in jail? I guess if they had to they'd have to also put Biden and his son Hunter in jail too!
How come Trump didn't go to Viet Nam?
