Bill O'Reilly was subject of political hit job

And the Murdoch family decided to believe it all--

[Allen West] After he was wickedly canned by FOX news, Host Bill O’Reilly responded in the same calm manner that we have grown used to over the years. Speculation is now ripe as to what he will walk away from FOX in the way of remuneration. It is guessed to be in the Tens of Millions of dollars. I think I could keep my own sense of humor over that. Please pay me not to work anymore.

Whether Bill has committed any heinous acts or not, the way this has been handled makes it nothing more than trial by public opinion. The attacks on Mr. O’Reilly’s advertisers by George Soros funded groups tells you that this was a political hit job.

Read more here... at the Daily Wire.

Wouldn't all you O'Reilly fans love to see him on his own network and then grab Hannity, Watters and Bolling?  All his profits from his books have been given to charity and he was always fair and balanced. He was king at Fox until the Murdoch sons, Lachlan and James, took over. It has been rumored that their liberal, progressive wives had a lot to do with O'Reilly's abrupt ousting.

No heinous acts to see here, except the childish complaining of the girls in miniskirts displaying their wares every day then having a hissy if someone notices. Strippers have more integrity.

I'm unplugging from FOX. James and Lachlan will not be able to get jobs as dishwashers when the shareholders and EX-viewers of FOX get done with them.

Bad news, anonymous @ 9:36, when you have a median viewer age of 69 like Fox News does, those women in cocktail dresses are the candy that keeps around your audience so you can sell them loads of reverse mortgages, precious metals and catheters. Fox News also has figured out that if you can support an ideology and worldview more like the one that existed when their viewers were younger and the world was simpler and every knew their place...if you know what I mean...you also make money.

Those women and their cocktail dresses aren't going anywhere. Just ask the smiling 75yo grandpa in his barcalounger.

@1:15. Even though your comment is most offensive, I published it.
Those with a conservative ideology are one-half of our population. With a median age of 37.8 or so, not bad as Fox has been the number one cable station whether we older folks watch it or not. Some of the hosts are much younger. Now Fox has a new star with Jesse Watters who is 38--attracting the Millennials.

1:15 pm maybe you'll grow up and get your facts straight one day.

"Now Fox has a new star with Jesse Watters who is 38--attracting the Millennials."

The guy who had to apologize for a racist Chinatown segment? "A new star?" OMG.

I'm not sure which millennials you're referring to but the ones I know don't waste their time on the bigoted BS that Fox serves up every day.

I tend to view anyone who mocks the speech patterns or the behavioral characteristics of a whole nationality as bigoted. Yeah, my opinion...and most of the folks who aren't racist.

When you see beer commercials on the Big 3, you'll know the millennial's are watching. Until then, it's just ageing baby boomers.

I dunno. I hate beer and don't like alcohol of any type. Don't smoke or do drugs either. ISN'T that something you guys do? No wonder you're all so F-d up. :)
