Friday evening while strolling on the Avenue, I saw Dylan Harrison in front of his kava business. He had a smile on his face--he always has a smile. Dylan just recently got out of federal prison and he is the owner of two stores on Lake Avenue--Kavasutra and Greenline. Sandwiched between them is Jeff Clemens office. I would have copped a photo of Harrison but figured 1) he probably wouldn't give me permission and 2) he might punch my lights out...maybe not, as he likes and adores attention.
Custom made new Corvette.
Now we know Mr. Harrison is a good businessman and all--his techniques landed him in the pen.
You can't advertise your business with signs on your parked vehicles on Lake Worth streets. But Harrison is not exactly a guy who plays by the rules, is he?

a few years ago our state had an advertising campaign slogan to attract tourists:
"Florida...The Rules Are Different Here"
I guess he liked the slogan so much it has become his credo.
this guy is bad news. Amaraso never gave back those campaign contributions he got from him either.
^ How do you know @9:14am? Also if you're going to tell stories.. please learn how to spell correctly. It's Amoroso. Ive been visiting this blog because I like Lynns point of view on many subjects about this town. But several of you choose to leave your "intelligence" at the door and blindly (obviously) go off into left field without proof reading. Which quite frankly.. make you look and sound incompetent. Keep up the good work Lynn. Let's hope Dylan's money laundering stores, including Surfs Up drycleaning, gets busted and/or goes out of business.
Thanks for reminding me about the dry cleaners...forgot about that one. If I can't wash it, I don't buy it. :)
The guy does know how to play the media. You have to give that to him. Remember the "As seen on channel 5" signs? I don't care who you are-that was funny.
