National League baseball but not in John Prince Park

Comment Up

Visited the Crafts Festival today at the Fairgrounds--somewhere out there would be great for baseball. A vendor was selling these baseball signs. They're a little crooked as they hang there but we can't expect them to be any straighter than the politicians and local administrations that are behind the push for John Prince Park.

Ya got that right, Lynn! We need a better class of politician here in Lake Worth. Actually , we need REPRESENTATIVES and NOT Politicians. A disgraced ex-Congressman can whisper foolish promises of economic gain into our commissions ears, and their brains shut off. Pam ,Scott, Andy and Sderdi get excited and begin to gyrate like topless pole dancers on a Friday night ! Disgusting! We can do better !

IT HAS TO GO SOME WHERE ANY WHERE WE NEED THE MONEY COMING IN TO LAKE WORTH --SINCE THE MAYOR ADMITTED THERE IS NOT MUCH THEY CAN DO ON their OWN TO SEE ANY REAL IMPROVEMENTS--BUT "they have to try"we have to rely on big development and those with money--those who want to keep living in trash and say they don't have money to pay taxes move to belle glade and live happy ever after

you may find an exodus and people moving to a neighboring city. Just on the news the other night a woman on S. D Street said, because of all the crime, she and her family were moving. Wait until they see their tax bill! We do NOT have to rely on developers to dig us out of this hole. Another false message.

You are correct once again. Lake Worth doesn't need any developers to help dig the city of the hole it's in. We only need people like you the mcnamaras, dorsey, dekker, carson. You've all done so well with your past stewardship of the city. The city's in great shape. Carry on as you all were. In no time at all your business and financial plans for the city will take fruition. There's no need to listen to elected officials that you couldn't get anyone to run against.

Well,gee,anonymous--the mayor says it has been neglected for 40 years and now you want to blame it on a few past elected officials that built an RO that saved us $3.5 million in the process. it did NOT cost 440 mil...God you people make up stuff. ? Good luck to that excuse. Your business and financial plan is to put us in debt for 30 years!!!!! Sounds very democratic to me.
