Tonight Mayor Pam Triolo, Vice Mayor Scott Maxwell and Commissioner Andy Amoroso took the oath of office which was administered by city attorney, Glen Torcivia. They will now be our commissioners for another two year term.

I swear to uphold the charter of Lake Wroth. Wait a minute, here. None of them did that. They need to be impeached for dishonoring the people they serve. Run that message in a banner on the Gulfstream Hotel.

Gee Lynn, did not see you at City Hall or Blue Front, is this a number you are just blowing out your a$$? Because I was there, and it was more like 300 to 350.
It was Blue Front's estimate, anonymous. Free food is a big draw. Did you eat a lot?
There is only one thing that this commission has achieved in all this time. They have managed to 100% cut-off any opposition. They do it their way and they let you know in no uncertain terms that they don't give a flying F what you think. They don't return phone calls and they only cater to their friends. In order to get along, you have to kiss their butts and promote their egos. I still want to know what in the F they have done besides running away from the truth, running on pipe dreams and wearing their baseball caps.

What do they actually swear to? Do they swear to enforce and uphold our charter and our laws? If so they are failing miserably. Maxwell keeps saying that the City won't enforce its short term rental ordinance even though residents want it enforced and it will help keep out the sober houses.

Sure. You do that. First, though, you might want to see if the owner agrees with what you want to put up there. He agreed with us that limiting his ability to carry on the same architectural design as exists now was not in anyone's best interest. Therefore, he GAVE US PERMISSION to hang a sign that was ans still is factual.
We were penalized for not having the political disclaimer big enough to see, but it was there.
I guess it's a moot point now as the State Legislature cut you off at the knees and now everybody has abandoned Laurel in her efforts to right this terrible wrong.
Just remember what the Constitution Lady ALWAYS says. Ask permission, don't tell us what you are going to do.

Are you saying that NAPC actual gave money for campaigns? Mary's group? This seems to be very unethical, especially since they say they are nonpolitical. If this is true, I have completely lost all respect for Mary, the NAPC and the NA's. That is so wrong, using our money this way. Lynn is this true?

FYI: Personal Donations came from PRIVATE PEOPLE. That is important to know. What I find interesting is WHERE the REST of the MONEY went when the PAC was closed.
The Cottages of Lake Worth popped outta nowhere, got presentation time at a city meeting (it was mentioned a Wm Waters drove around and helped them identify properties - on his own time or the cities dime?) and NOW we hear from Andy that Marty and Teresa CALL HIM 3-4x a day!
Mary IS the face of the NAPC to most people. She's fondly referred to as the unelected Mayor - now that's a lot of assumed power!
This present commission has REDISTRIBUTED We the People's power to everyone and anyone but we the people!
We are known as Corruption County and one of the commissioners at the time was investigated because a doner who'd reached the legal limit, gave a HUGE amount of money to the commissioners Favorite NON-PROFIT!
Is anyone else following the money and seeing a pattern here?
