E-Cigarettes and ban for minors

Comment Up

The Entrepreneur will be upset when he reads about this latest bill passed in the Florida Senate--It still has a lot of hoops it must go through first...at least their talking about it. It could be effective on July 1, 2014.

The bill has the support of the Florida Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics. It's a start.

The Senate measure would make it a misdemeanor to sell e-cigarettes and related products to minors. So, knock it off Lake Worth entrepreneur, or you could end up with one year in the county "slammer."

Can someone verify if that criminal has any connection to the new dry cleaners? I was about to take a bunch of dry cleaning to them but if Dylan has anything to do with that business I would rather continue driving out west to my previous dry cleaners!

Happy Friday to all,

Hopefully this passes this summer. Then Harrison will have 7 months to make a buck while he's behind prison walls right now. Only in America.

Ohhh, we don't know what to do cry the commissioners. This is a legal business. We know it is the pits and attracts all sorts of undesirables and jerks to our city, but we can't do anything. It's allowed in our zoning laws, etc., etc., etc.

WHY DONT WE HAVE A ORDINANCE TO STOP PANHANDLING IN OUR CITY --IF I WAS MAYOR IT WOULD BE THE FIRST THING I WOULD DO TO IMPROVE OUR CITY---WHY HAS THIS NOT HAPPENED A LONG TIME AGO?

Although this "business minded" commission decries the acts of liberals and blames them for just about everything wrong with this city, any sort of ordinance would be rejected from the dais because it would appear to be discriminating AGAINST the very people we want to rid ourselves of--illegals, the homeless and the stifling of panhandling. They would say that it was a potential infringement of free speech. Even though the legal residents want this, it will never happen in LW. The government protects the "rights" of illegals, the downtrodden, etc...
