Centrepoint Plaza in Lake Worth, an 85,168 s.f. building and the former headquarters for the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, could be seized by a commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) firm. Just another one that might bite the dust as our economy struggles and struggles as the city wants to raise taxes.
