Alvin Bragg Slammed For 'Targeted Injustice'

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg goes soft on violent criminals terrorizing New York's residents. The New York Post found that Bragg "has downgraded more than half his felony cases to misdemeanors." Instead, Alvin Bragg only focuses on prosecuting his political opponents.

Legendary attorney and law professor Alan Dershowitz wrote in The New York Sun that "indicting Trump would be targeted injustice."

Dershowitz: "Not to compare Mr. Bragg’s NYC to Stalin’s Soviet Union, a sordid episode from the past does come to mind: the notorious head of the KGB, Lavrentiy Beria, once said to Stalin: 'show me the man, and I will find you the crime.' Closer to home, J. Edgar Hoover would often target his political enemies for investigation. Or as a South American dictator once threatened: 'for my friends everything; for my enemies the law.'

Mike Davis, former Senate Judiciary Committee counsel and president of the Article III Project, wrote in The Washington Times: "These district attorneys are attempting to force Mr. Trump out of the race with bogus legal theories—Mr. Bragg’s even essentially dismissed by the liberal New York Times—because they are terrified of a fair election."

Davis is referring to a New York Times report that noted, "The case against the former president hinges on an untested and therefore risky legal theory involving a complex interplay of laws.”

The Wall Street Journal editorial board has also come out against Bragg for this injustice. "Mr. Bragg could go down as the man who stretched the law to indict a former President, and then lost."

Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene summed it up well in a statement Saturday morning: "If the Manhattan DA indicts President Trump, he will ultimately win even bigger than he is already going to win." And those Republicans that stand by and cheer for his persecution or do nothing to stop it will be exposed to the people and will be remembered, scorned, and punished by the base.

President Trump did nothing wrong and has always fought for the American people, and we all know it, which is why we love him. And any Republican who thinks the Democrats will stop this madness once Trump is out of the way is fooling themselves.

Weaponized Government and Political Persecution are new chapters in their playbook and they will use those methods against anyone who stands in their way. And we are absolutely fed up with the two-tiered justice system or rather INJUSTICE system in America.

The base has had enough of Republicans that won’t stand up for the people and against the Democrats war against Trump, his admin, his supporters, and traditional values.

CEO of Largest US Pork Producer Says Being Acquired by a Chinese Company Has Led to 'A Really Successful Relationship'

Chinese pork company WH Group Ltd. bought Smithfield, America’s largest producer of pork products, in 2013 for $4.7 billion.

The purchase of the company by Chinese WH Group set off alarm bells in Washington 10 years ago, according to the Journal, but the deal was allowed to go through.

“From purchasing fields and pastures to gobbling up companies like Smithfield, Chinese influence in American agriculture means that China’s needs, not America’s, come first,” said Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton.

China owns roughly 384,000 acres of U.S. agricultural land, according to a 2021 report from the Department of Agriculture. Of that, 195,000 acres, worth almost $2 billion when purchased, are owned by 85 Chinese investors, which could be individuals, companies or the government. The other 189,000 acres were worth $235 million when purchased and are owned by 62 U.S. corporations with Chinese shareholders.

Now the political climate has changed drastically. China is our number one enemy and there needs to be laws preventing China from buying up our farmland and food supply companies in the United States. This is in the national interest. In February, Republican members of Congress introduced a bill that would prohibit nonresident aliens, companies and other entities associated with the Chinese government from buying agricultural land in the U.S.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Saturday predicted that former President Donald Trump will be reelected in a “landslide victory” if he is to be indicted by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

Musk’s comment was in response to a Fox News segment that detailed how the Manhattan DA’s office reportedly requested a meeting with law enforcement officials to discuss “security preparations” and whether to “handcuff” and “fingerprint” the former president when escorting him into the courtroom.

“If this happens, Trump will be re-elected in a landslide victory,” the owner of Twitter and the world’s richest man wrote in the comment section of the post.

Federal Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Aimed at Blocking Florida Governor’s Parental Rights Law!

The law, referred to by Democrats as “Don’t Say Gay,” limits when students can be taught about gender identity and sexual orientation in K-3 classrooms.

The law has nothing to do with "don't say gay." But Democrats know this. They twist every narrative to suit their mixed up agenda.

In October, Florida students and their parents filed a lawsuit in an attempt to challenge the law, but it was thrown out on Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Allen Winsor due to insufficient facts and legal standing.

Conservatives are applauding the court’s decision, arguing that the law is necessary to protect children and ensure that parents have a say in their children’s education.

State Senator Fabian Doate, whose parents immigrated from Mexico, serves as the Co-Majority Whip for the Senate Democrats, and the one who drafted the proposed piece of legislation.

However, he gave the impression that the actual cost could end up being higher because there is no exact data on the total number of illegal immigrants in Nevada and people are frequently scared to honestly admit their immigration status.

Immigrants who enter our country illegally are criminals. That's the bottom line. So what's up with these Democrats who continue to coddle criminals and spend millions of dollars of citizen's money?

An attorney for Donald Trump says the former president would not refuse to surrender to authorities if he is indicted in the Manhattan district attorney’s probe into a hush-money deal from his 2016 presidential run.

“There won’t be a standoff at Mar-a-Lago with Secret Service and the Manhattan DA’s office,” Joe Tacopina told The New York Daily News.

Tacopina said Trump, whom he described as a survivor, would find a way to use any charges filed against him to help him politically in the end.

Stormy Daniels issued a statement in January 2018 denying having an affair with Trump, not because of a settlement, but because “it never happened.”
