Evening Sky 1-15-26

"Iran stands at a breaking point, caught between a collapsing theocratic regime and a population that no longer consents to live in fear.

Decades of clerical rule have hollowed out the country’s economy, crushed dissent, and isolated a once-modern nation from the world.

As protests spread and repression intensifies, the question is no longer whether the regime is illegitimate, but how long it can survive without the consent of its people.

History suggests fear is a finite resource. When a government relies solely on terror, brutality, and enforced silence, it signals not strength—but desperation.

Iran’s unrest is not episodic; it is structural, and it is accelerating." [Roger Stone]

Yet the true victims of this system are not the clerics. They are the Iranian people. The men and women of Iran increasingly reject the suffocating yoke of the mullahs. Again and again they have poured into the streets demanding dignity, accountability, and the right to choose their own political destiny as we do in our country with free elections.

Good Night, Patriots
