Accepting Climate Change

Read Drew Martin's OP Ed piece in the Sun Sentinel on climate change.

Drew says, "It is not too late to protect these open spaces, particularly the Ag Reserve in Palm Beach County and lands in the Western Part of Broward, Miami Dade, Martin and St. Lucie counties.

The legislature needs to do what their voters told them to do-buy the lands from US SUGAR and others WHO AGREED TO SELL THE LAND,BTW,so that the natural flow of water is at least partially returned. Creating a huge putrid "Holding pond" like they want to do now is insanity.
And just as an aside. I have been in this area for 57 years. I have seen not one inch of water rise.So when people say the coast will soon be underwater-I say HOGWASH.When is soon? 20,000 years from now???
