"Peace" cup offered to Blackman and Parrilla

Comment Up

You all have heard of a Peace Pipe but this is a Peace Cup offered to two individuals who continually attack pastor Mike Olive and his church as well as those who attend. Hope that they both take him up on the coffee clutch at the Common Grounds Coffee Bar. Everyone needs a little spiritual help in their lives not to mention a good cup of java.

I think this is wrong of you to publish that above comment, that is offensive and sick to do that. Although these guys are nasty a lot of the time, to pass around hearsay about their status makes you look just as bad as them. I am disappointed in you doing this and I liked your blog.

This person works for Hudson Holdings. That's pretty sick right there. Haven't seen much of Mark around lately. Is he still around town?

I thought about the comment, anonymous at 4:14 before I posted it. And although the poster does not say that one or both do have a sickness, I have taken it down. You are correct. Sometimes free speech can go a little too far.

I say they both could benefit at exorcism.

99.9% of us don't give a crap about Mike Olive, Wes Blackman ect. what I find funny is the pastors love of attention. If he is serious he should have contacted them privately and not make a big show of it, but he couldn't help himself, gotta show off and tell everybody. Too bad!

How about you move the big ass van blocking valuable parking pedaling common ground coffee? Move it!

You know, you gave a "crap" enough to comment here.
He is not in love with attention. It is Blackman and friend who have called him out. What better way to invite him than a public invitation. Now everyone will know that he has reached out. You don't like that? Why not?

Don't know about a "big ass van." I've never seen it. Is that the one owned by Kavasutra or Propaganda?

I have to agree with 5:08 above. If Mr. Olive really just wanted to extend an olive branch to those two guys, he would have done so privately. To do it so publicly just shows he's just out for publicity and attention.

I disagree. Those two guys, as you put it, have denigrated him and his church. It needed to be public otherwise those two guys would have kept the invitation under wraps and no one would have known that he has reached out.

The only attention he wants is God's.

Pastor Mike Oluve did it on national TV. He could have done it personally to try and resolve it. Only God judges right?

Lynn Anderson said...

No..you seem to be the one who is JUDGING.
NATIONAL TV? It was local tv and it's a story when you go after a preacher with false allegations.
Pastor Mike is one of God's disciples who preaches love.
You are all into HATE.
Taking on a local minister? Everyone is shaking their heads. But ya'll just carry on causing angst.
