Sometimes there is actually something to a rumor. There are some people in this city who think they work for the National Enquirer. However, regarding the current rumor that is spreading like wildfire about a new law suit regarding our Casino, our real estate broker and one of the prospective tenants, there is NO law suit.

Thanks for clearing that up Lynn. That whole thing smelled about Fox signing for $35, having it presented and approved by the commission and then Fox wanting to renegotiate.
You can't trust tenants like that.
Fox submitted a lease for $30 a s.f.and then stepped out of the picture--din't want to pay that much afterall. LW Tee's lease is for $35.
There has been a letter received by the City with a complaint from Fox's attorney.
Aren't we paying half the leasing fees up front? I hope we haven't paid any fees for tenants that have backed out. Is the Kilwin's fee paid?
Lynn, Thank you for setting the record straight AGAIN!!!
City staffs wets its pants even thinking about a law suit. Freaking wimps.
