On today's CRA agenda is a Grant for the Lake Worth Resource Center, inhabitants of our Shuffleboard Court Building. As you know, this entire matter is against zoning laws and against Federal laws in so much as aiding and abetting illegals.

I sure hope that you will be at the meeting at 6pm and express your opinion! The Mentoring Center is here to get money in any way that it can. That is how it stays in business. If not panhandling for money from grants, they get it directly from governments. In this case, the taxpayers of this city will be giving them even more money than they have received already just in a free building.


This is a group with its hand constantly outstretched. Right now they are begging for furniture, kitchen supplies, computer hardware and marketing material.

They wanted $3,000 but because the CRA can't pay for admin costs in this grant, Staff is recommending $1,000 for promotional items for green (just mention "green" and you're in) job training.

They are hurrying with their grant request before the CRA is taken over.
