A few weeks ago I wrote about the developers at Tower 1515 regarding the asbestos. The developers did not want to accept the PB County Health Department's or the DEP's decisions so they appealed to a higher authority. The EPA rejected their appeal. Read about it HERE
We knew the developers were trying to pull a fast one.
