Dead woman in Lake Worth is billed for 4,000 gallons per day for water

Lake Worth is in the news for high utilities but it's not Lake Worth Utilities this time.
Woman on Lake Osborne gets astronomical water bill--even dead woman next door is billed for 124,000 gallons a month.
