One small business owner found that out the hard way.

Mark Fitzpatrick never expected the firestorm coming his way when his Old State Saloon in Eagle, Idaho announced it would offer free beer to anyone who helped ICE deport illegal aliens from Idaho.

The promotion went viral after the Department of Homeland Security reposted it to their 2.5 million followers on social media last week.

Nearly 8 million people viewed the post offering a month of free beer to patriots willing to provide information leading to deportations.

That's when all hell broke loose:
Death threats, threats to burn down his 100 year old building, gay porn sent to their phones and emails, and a photo of Charlie Kirk right before he was assassinated..."it should have been you," the caption read.
