Guess who painted the sidewalk in front of their store in rainbow colors? This is the same guy who took some heat for placing advertising posters on his former store during Gay Pride without the owner's permission. So, the question now is, was a permit pulled to paint a city sidewalk in front of a private business?

Lynn, Anything you do to that corner can only be an improvement. There are many worse things to highlight. I for one would be glad to see you taking pictures of neighborhood blight. Looking at your beautiful pictures of sunrises and sunsets, can only lull the inhabitants of this great metropolis into a false sense of security.

andy just things he is above the law because he was elected. he is a crook, greedy, corrupt, and someday it will all catch up to him, it already has been he lost his house, his honey, and so much, people learn the truth about his evil ways and many know really how he is. Not a good person at all!
Lynn, Most of the people in our town know Andy and his underhanded backstabbing schemes. He is a 2 face women hater with his own agenda. If he does not like you or the ideas, Plans you have in any aspect of life or business he goes into his search and destroy mode. He uses code enforcement and the sheriffs office to fight many of his personal battles. He has a small shrinking group who stand by him and I repeat that group is shrinking daily as they even realize that he is a broke loser with terrible ideas. He has zero business skills. We are actively looking into his business and we believe he pays his workers in cash and skirts workmans comp and tax evasion in order to keep his failing business afloat. The health department and the DBPR have also been notified regarding his false advertising on his so called organic healthy food being cooked out of Chinese wall art crock pots. It’s also very unusual that not 1 permit was pulled by him since moving into this dead beat location so he expects us to believe that he did not have to do any plumbing any electrical at all to accommodate his new business🤔. All I can say is the majority of store owners on Lake Ave. are so happy he’s gone.Good riddance lil man. Now our next goal is to get him off the commission with his backward one agenda dumbo type mind. I’m embarrassed that this is our vice mayor it’s so embarrassing to our city.
Well, if he lost all of those things already, I guess you could say it already caught up with him. He seems to be doing okay in his new location.

Right on! For pointing this out. Andy just needs to go away and disappear. It also seems as if vandalism is his thing given the desperation he showed in vandalising a property owned by Peters Properties.
He is NOT above the law. PERIOD.
In fact, I might Code Compliance complaint on HIM for doing this unless he has it cleaned up!

The property where Andy's new cafe is located is owned by an LLC. The LLC would have a lease with Andy stipulating who is supposed to do what, related to the upkeep of the property. Since that location has had food for years, I would be surprised if the LLC would allow anyone to use the location for food consumption without the proper licenses and inspections. I think you're barking up the wrong tree.

Irrespective of whether one loves or hates Andy, a lease is a lease, and laws are laws. What you have to come to grips with is that a corporation is not going to put its' licence on the line to allow Andy to operate a cafe without the proper equipment he needs to actually serve food. If the place doesn't meet your standards, by all means, don't go there. The LLC that owns that building owns the entire corner, including what used to be the antique store. Andy's is just a small part of the property.
The current landlord at Andy’s building is just as big a loser as he is. She does not even like Andy and has voiced that to many but she’s greedy and turns a blind eye to all his schemes. Shame on you Patty.
