It was a privilege to get to meet and work with this positive ,upbeat group of people! The homeowner was a wonderful lady. Thank you Mark for arranging this. Weetha your guess is as good as mine why Genesis is not listed on the NAPC site not that it has hindered my efforts or passion to do what I do. Too much fluff and egos involved. I resigned Genesis as a member of NAPC a little over a year ago but never told anyone to remove contact information and Genesis from the website. Mary has also chosen to post Memorial Park N.A. showing a map that overlays over the exact boundaries of Genesis. This N.A. is not incorporated, never had a meeting and the self proclaimed "President" lives at 925 South B Street James Ward whose home has just been sited by code for need of paint and their is a an addition in the back of the home that is questionable whether it was permitted or not and the yard is a shambles. They have no by-laws, never had any elections and he has been spreading really nasty rumors to neighbors on his block who already know me and my track record in the community. Saying that I am only doing what I do to seek fame and turn it into a paid position for me. He claims that Genesis is non functioning, that it doesn't follow through on what we say we are going to do and that it is not the official neighborhood association of the area that his is, well when is Memorial Park going to do something for the community??? Also Lake View Heights which is incorporated but has never had a formal meeting nor has any bylaws either and is also overlay-ed on Genesis boundaries is also posted on the NAPC website. Isn't regular meeting and being formally incorporated part of the requirements to be anointed and showcased by the NAPC. Personalities I guess get in the way. Genesis was removed from the website shortly after Mary Lindsey and I had a falling out when she went into breach of our lease contract and made me wait a ridiculous amount of time for a replacement dishwasher and new central A/C after the whole system died. I am not stating for a fact that is the reason I am just making an educated guess. I don't see why else Genesis was blacklisted by the NAPC. Even Whispering Palms is on their website and they haven't had a meeting in years and I can't find their incorporation on Sunbiz either.
